- Chronic low back and hip pain
- Neck pain and tension headaches
- Shoulder injuries and scar tissue
- Sciatica and nerve-related pain
We treat the cause, not just the sore spot.
Every session starts with what your body is actually doing — then works the tissue that keeps pulling you back into pain.

Questions customers ask before starting.
What should I wear?
For relaxation massage, whatever is comfortable — you undress only to your comfort level and are always professionally draped. For Structural Integration and myokinetic sessions, wear casual shorts (and a sports bra with minimal straps for women) so you can move freely.
Is it going to hurt?
Discomfort depends on the area, your condition, and the pressure — and you can ask Beth to adjust pressure at any time. Mild next-day soreness after deeper work is normal and passes quickly.
What should I do after a massage?
Take extra time to relax and let your body absorb the benefits. Appointments are scheduled with gaps so you never feel rushed off the table.
Who will I be working with?
Beth Barney, LMT, BCSI — board-certified in Structural Integration with 500+ hands-on hours at the Structura Institute in Farmington, plus certifications in Myokinetic Therapy, mobility techniques, cupping, IASTM, and kinesiology taping.
