Proudly serving those who served

Bodywork built for veterans.

Years of rucking, body armor, and repetitive strain leave a mark. Beth works with a lot of veterans on the exact pain that comes with the job — low back, neck, shoulders, hips, and headaches. Text her and just say what hurts.

What we do

We treat the cause, not just the sore spot.

Every session starts with what your body is actually doing — then works the tissue that keeps pulling you back into pain.

Why clients come in

Your body has been asking for real help.

Pain that keeps coming back

Structural Integration works the fascia behind chronic back, neck, and shoulder pain.

An injury that will not heal

Myokinetic Therapy boosts blood flow to injured tissue so it can finally recover.

Stress you carry in your body

Massage calms the nervous system, eases tension, and helps you sleep.

FAQ

Questions customers ask before starting.

What should I wear?

For relaxation massage, whatever is comfortable — you undress only to your comfort level and are always professionally draped. For Structural Integration and myokinetic sessions, wear casual shorts (and a sports bra with minimal straps for women) so you can move freely.

Is it going to hurt?

Discomfort depends on the area, your condition, and the pressure — and you can ask Beth to adjust pressure at any time. Mild next-day soreness after deeper work is normal and passes quickly.

What should I do after a massage?

Take extra time to relax and let your body absorb the benefits. Appointments are scheduled with gaps so you never feel rushed off the table.

Who will I be working with?

Beth Barney, LMT, BCSI — board-certified in Structural Integration with 500+ hands-on hours at the Structura Institute in Farmington, plus certifications in Myokinetic Therapy, mobility techniques, cupping, IASTM, and kinesiology taping.
