What we work on

The pain we help people get out from under.

A lot of Beth's clients are veterans — bodies worn down by heavy packs, body armor, and years of repetitive strain. If you see what hurts on this list, text her and say so. Board-certified, one-on-one, no rushing.

The pain we help people get out from under.

These are the problems Beth works with most. Bodywork is not a substitute for medical care, but for chronic tension, old injuries, and the aches that come with a hard-used body, the right hands-on work can bring real, lasting relief.
