Program description

Elevate Integration Bodyworks offers text messaging so customers and prospective customers can reach us about massage therapy estimates, scheduling, and service. When you text us at (801) 668-2876, we send conversational text messages in reply about your estimate, project details, appointment scheduling, and related follow-up. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional text blasts.

Consent

By sending a text message to Elevate Integration Bodyworks — including by tapping a "Text for quote" or "Text for estimate" link on this website — you consent to receive text messages from us at the mobile number you message us from. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may end the conversation at any time.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your conversation with us. You will generally only receive messages in response to your inquiry and about active or upcoming work.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them, this website, or the services we provide, are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
